Payment

Accepter payment methods are AMEX, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Elo, Facebook Pay, JCB, Mastercard, Visa, and express checkout available for Shop Pay and Google Pay.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time is 1-3 business days from the date of the order; Our warehouse operates on Mon-Fri 9 am - 5 pm (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

The order cutoff time

Our order cutoff time is 2 pm (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time; Order cutoff time allows you to set a time after which you will no longer process orders received on that day. For orders processed after the cutoff time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate.

When the product is shipped, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
