Limited Warranty Policy
Manufacturer's Warranties Products that are covered by a manufacturer's warranty
For any product fault or failure, the manufacturer's warranty is the sole recourse.
To ensure that you can take benefit of your product's warranty, please follow the manufacturer's instructions.
To activate your product's warranty, some manufacturers ask you to register it.
For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we expressly disclaim all further express or implied warranties.
NOT COVERED BY A MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY PRODUCTS
We give a 60-day limited warranty for defective products not covered by a manufacturer's warranty, starting from the date the product is received by the original purchaser or installation, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.
Only a replacement for a damaged part is covered by the warranty, unless a replacement is not available.
In such circumstances, the original purchaser will receive a full refund.
Only if the following requirements and circumstances are met will a refund or exchange of a defective part be processed:
A fault in workmanship or material must be present in all products subject to a warranty claim.
The guarantee does not cover regular wear and tear, items damaged by extreme weather such as rain, snow, hail, salt, or natural disasters, products damaged in an accident or collision, or products damaged by other faulty parts.
When returning the items, they must not be damaged as a result of improper installation.
The guarantee will not cover products that have been damaged as a consequence of abuse, misuse, incorrect repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification.
Warranty Exclusions in General (Applies to all Product Warranties)
The following provisions apply to each of our product warranties listed above:
The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
OUR LIABILITY WILL NEVER EXCEED THE AMOUNT SPENT ON THE ORIGINAL SALE.
Any labor costs or incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from a defect in or failure of the part, including, but not limited to, physical injuries or property damage, loss of time, loss of use of the vehicle, inconvenience, air freight charges, rental vehicle charges, towing charges, or accommodations, are not covered by any warranty.
For all warranty claims, a pre-paid postage label will be provided.
The warranty does not cover packages that are lost or stolen.
The client is the only one who can file a lost claim with the shipping business because he or she is the shipper.
As a result, the consumer must organize and process the claim through the delivery firm.
