Refund policy

Coretuned ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://au.coretuned.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise stated at our discretion. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated at our discretion.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@au.coretuned.com or submit a request via the contact form. We will respond within 24 hours; we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Defective Products
This happens when the customer receives the incorrect product, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way; in that case, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges
Upon submitting a return for exchange request from within your account or contacting us to initiate a return, we will send you instructions to return your items within 24 hours.

Upon receiving, your items for exchanges will be processed within 3 - 5 business days.

Refunds
We would notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know via email within 24 hours if the refund was approved or not. If approved, Refunds will be made in the original method of payment. Currently, refunds take up to 7-14 business days to process.

Order Cancellation
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours after order submission. If the order has been pushed through to our warehouse fulfilment process cancellation will not be possible and customer will have to wait until the order arrives and submit a return claim.

 

Product Warranty Claims:
CoreTuned will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 60 days of receipt of items. This policy only extends to the purchased products from our store. Any other incurred customer expenses in regards to purchased products will not be covered including but not limited to installation labor, additional freight cost, rental vehicle costs, etc.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect CoreTuned to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
